Lust Have It! - October 2013

I have been clicking into every review I can find on the October box for the past few days. I was super excited about Inika being in the box. After reviewing a few variations, I told myself that I would be content with whichever variation I receive, they all looked so good!!

I was thrilled to see my box at the doorstep when I came home! The new box design is gorgeous, I think I like it better because the other boxes kinda fell apart as soon as they arrived.

Sorry the pictures are a big blurry, the sun wasn't up when i got home :(

Inika Vegan Lip Whip  in Berry

The most anticipated product, I have been longing to try Inika products for a very long time. I'm so glad this was included in the box. The scent is very light and a little citrus-y. This gloss is vegan, halal and cruelty free ^_^

Klorane Shampoo
$25 for 110ml
Received 25ml

I don't really use conditioner, so I'm happy to see shampoo only! :)
This shampoo is formulated with nettle extract. My hair gets a bit greasy after a day or two post wash, so this will come in handy!

Femme Fatale Mineral Based Blush in Aspect
$8.25 for 10mls
Sample Size

A pretty decent sample, according to the product card, this blush is highly pigmented. The other alternative was eyeshadow, I am really happy I got the blush because I'm blush crazy!

Paula's Choice Moisturiser

This is from their earth sourced collection, the moisturiser is light and rich in antioxidant. Woohoo! I use a LOT of moisturiser! Also ideal for babies. The other alternatives were toner and cleansing gel.

Paula's Choice Oil Blotting Papers
$10.50 for 100 sheets.
Sample Size

I'm not sure how many sheets i received, looks about 15-20.  Another product I would definitely use, I carry blotting paper around during summer and when I am in an air conditioned environment - even though i have dry skin, I tend to get a little oily in the T-zone within the specified environment.

Le Tan Wash off
$14.99 for 100g
Received 40g

This is probably the only product I wouldn't normally use in the box, I'll try to find a time to use it. I've been using Le Tan and Model Co tanning products, but never tried wash-off.

This box was an absolutely winner, I absolutely loved it!!!
I was thoroughly impressed with LHI's September box, this one blew my mind!
Can't wait to see what's in for November ^_^

What did you think?

  1. Oh wow your box is the first I've seen that is different to everyone elses! The blush and lippy look awesome :)

  2. LHI has definitely done well this month! Check out my box (I haven't seen anyone with the same one) over at http://temporaryprincess.blogspot.com.au

  3. Definitely a great box all round this month. I got a different array of goodies, but would have been equally as happy to receive these. I counted my blotting sheets roughly and there's around 40 in there.. you'll be surprised at how many there are as they're super thin, I'm looking forward to testing these out. :)

    1. p.s Tag! You're It! :) If you've got some spare time and not much to blog about.. I tagged you in the Beauty Bloggers TAG!! http://polishpatterns.blogspot.com.au/2013/10/beauty-blogger-tag.html

  4. Wow, I really enjoy seeing the goodies you receive! And I think Australia has a lot of natural products =D

  5. Great box this month! I love le tan tanning products!

  6. Great box! Mine was a tad different! xx
